World Houston Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Houston, Texas.
World Houston first opened for play in 1932 and is one of Houston's oldest courses. The course was redesigned by Jay Riviere.
Water comes into play on 13 holes and bunkers protect 17 of 18 holes.
Accuracy is rewarded as you navigate around the par 72, 6,700-yard layout. The slope rating from the championship tees is 119 with a course rating of 70.8. Four sets of tees with provide a fair challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

This is a good course for the money. The greens are in much better condition than they have been the last couple of years. Great airport location if you want to get that last round in before an afternoon flight. It should only get better as soon as the construction on the new clubhouse is completed.
